Ingredients

• 1 fresh croissant

• 2–3 slices of your favorite plant-based ham


• 1 small handful of arugula

• 1 tbsp honey mustard


• Optional: 1 slice of cheese (cheddar, gouda, or provolone all work well)


• Optional: pinch of black pepper or a few thinly sliced radishes for added crunch

Instructions

1. Slice & Toast
Cut the croissant in half and lightly toast both sides—just enough to warm it through and crisp the edges.


2. Spread the Honey Mustard
Generously spread honey mustard on the bottom half of the croissant. Its sweet tangy kick is the star of this sandwich.


3. Layer the Fillings
