Ingredients

  • (Quantities adjusted for a 3 x 5-inch focaccia loaf) 
  • 1 rectangular herb focaccia loaf (3 x 5-inch square, split horizontally) 
  • 2 small leaves fresh basil 
  • ¼ cup vegan olive tapenade 
  • 2 tablespoons of vegan mayonnaise 
  • 3 slices Prime Roots Black Forest Ham (plant-based) 
  • 3 slices Prime Roots Salami (plant-based) 
  • 2 slices Violife Smoked Provolone (vegan cheese) 
  • 1 tablespoon pepperoncini peppers, thinly sliced and spread evenly 

Instructions

1. Spread vegan mayonnaise evenly on the bottom half of the focaccia. 

- Spread olive tapenade generously on the top half. 

 

2. Build the Sandwich 

- On the bottom half (with vegan mayonnaise and tapenade), layer in this order: 

- Prime Roots Salami  

- Violife Smoked Provolone slices 

- Prime Roots Black Forest Ham 

- Pepperoncini slices 

- Fresh basil leaves 

 

3. Press and cut 

- Place the top half of the focaccia onto the layered ingredients and press into other ingredients.  

- Cut into desired rectangle or square pieces and serve.
