Ingredients

  • 8 slices Prime Roots koji salami
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup marinated artichoke hearts, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh thyme sprigs, for garnish

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Place the salami slices on a baking sheet, bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the salami is crispy and slightly curled.

3. Spoon a small amount of tomatoes, olives and artichoke hearts onto each salami chip. Garnish each chip with a small sprig of fresh thyme. Enjoy!
